With the US Supreme Court's decision on the Wayfair case, Sales Tax collection and remittance has become a hot button issue.  Many states are starting to look at online companies to determine if they should be collecting and remitting in their states for items sold and shipped into their states.  We have experience filing sales tax returns in every taxing jurisdiction for brick and mortar businesses and online businesses.  We can handle the filing for you or we can help you set up your own process so that you can file the returns.  We will provide the following services:

• File sales tax returns in all jurisdictions that have a filing requirement for your business.  We will file and pay electronically in every jurisdiction possible.
• Pay any payments due directly from your bank account.  This allows to pay directly the amount of tax you collected on behalf of your customers.
• Provide a monthly reconciliation of all payments made, including a breakdown of the makeup of each payment (i.e. discounts, etc.)  This will give you the information needed to reconcile your books for your sales tax payable.
